Notice is hereby given that this year’s SIRU AGM will be held on Sunday, December 10 at Romano’s Hotel, Wagga commencing at 11.00am
A Council Meeting for all Clubs & Affiliates will then be held at the conclusion of the AGM.
Nominations are called for the position of President, Two (2) Vice Presidents (Seniors & Juniors Rugby) and Directors (maximum 4)
Nominations shall be made in writing, signed by 2 members of SIRU and accompanied by the written consent of the candidate and delivered / posted or faxed to the SIRU Rugby Manager not less than 7 days before the AGM.
Any member wishing to bring any business (Agenda item/s) before the General Council Meeting to be held immediately after the AGM must give notice of that business seven (7) days prior to that meeting. This business will then be included in the Agenda.
Agendas for both the AGM & Council Meeting will be forwarded to all clubs and affiliates in the week leading up to these Meetings.
If any Clubs have already held their respective AGM’s and have made changes to their executive and / or Club email contacts could they please advise me of these changes so that I can update my records accordingly.( I have already received an update from Tumut Rugby Club– Thank You
