This is Jack, our new Competition & Rugby Services Manager.
He has a Bachelor degree in Sport Coaching & Exercise Science/Sports Management, and the skills he has gained over the six years at the University of Canberra will help him to progress Rugby Union in the Southern Inland.
Originally from Canberra, Jack has family ties to Tumut and Dalton. Whilst always living in Canberra he would spend most of his weekends and school holidays on his Grandparent’s farm, and is excited by the move to Country NSW.
When he’s not working you will find him watching the Brumbies' games on TV.

Before coming to Southern Inland, Zac worked as the Rugby Services Administrator within the Brumbies Rugby Community Team. Zac has a keen interest in coaching and developing players and when not working in Rugby, can be found on the golf course. He is currently completing his Bachelor of Sports Management and is a great asset to Southern Inland.

Dave has been the President of SIRU for the past 7 years and was a Member of the Brumbies Board from 2014 for three years.
He is currently the Principal of the Marrar Primary School and has been involved in the local Rugby scene since 2006. Previously he was involved in the Hunter Valley Rugby competition for a number of years being the Secretary Manager of Scone Rugby Club, plus Secretary and Judicial member of the Hunter Valley Rugby competition for 3 years.
Dave was the initial Coach and instigator of Riverina PSSA being involved in the NSW PSSA Championships.

Warwick is the Director responsible for ground development.
In addition to his position on the Board, Warwick is president of the Wagga Wagga Waratahs Rugby Club - currently in his 10th year in that role. Warwick commenced playing with the Club in 1973 and has played over 500 games and served in various capacities on the committee for 28 years. Warwick played representative level Rugby for Riverina, Southern Provinces and NSW Country.
In 1998 Warwick was awarded Life Membership of the Waratahs Rugby Club, then in 2004 was awarded Life Membership of Southern Inland Rugby Union.

Signed up as a Wagga Junior in 1991, coached by the evergreen John Stewart. Sam started playing Senior Rugby with Wagga Waratahs in 1999. He represented SIRU and NSW Country before moving to Canberra to play with Easts in 2002, returning to the area in 2003 to take on the role of SIRU Development Officer. As a qualified Level II Coach and Level II Referee, Sam looks forward to volunteering his time every weekend as a referee to support Rugby in the bush..

Carl is a well known and well respected identity across Southern Inland, being involved in the local Rugby competition for well over thirty years. Commencing his illustrious career in the front row for the Leeton Phantoms, he has also represented our region on numerous occasions and it is not uncommon to actually witness him lacing up the boots to play the odd game or two each season.

Edwina is a Social Worker from Mullengandra, small business manager, mother of three girls and all round farming tragic. Edwina is passionate about building the community of Rugby from the perspective of our values base; Integrity, Passion, Solidarity, Discipline and Respect. Edwina has a strong grounding in Touch Rugby and grass roots, community engagement and development. Edwina is committed to engaging and including Clubs and members in SIRU organisational development.

Marty is also well known across the Southern Inland region. Originally playing rugby league for the Gundagai Tigers, he saw the light and commenced playing as a 13 for the Wagga City Rugby Union Club in 1983. After retiring from grade in 1993, he commenced coaching with Wagga Ag College for 5 years from 2001 alongside Michael Friend, and then took over coaching the Wagga City women's team in 2015 for a season. Marty has also represented SIRU as a player and a Junior Rep Coach alongside Scott "Moona" Callaghan for several years, plus has been a SIRU Board Member since 2006.
