KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, promote and deliver school and club based rugby programs 
• Plan, promote and deliver school based rugby union gala days for both primary and high schools
• Support the SIRU Compeititon and rugby services Manager in the delivery of the Ramsey Foundation Super 6s Tournament
• Support all local and regional junuior and senior clubs in the SIRU region by providing support and development to their coaching staff
• Help support the delivery of Rugby Australia Coach Education Courses
• Attendance at Plus500 Brumbies home games when needed
• Develop a strong relationship and communicate regularly with key stakeholders, e.g. schools, referee's and committee members through face to face and electronic communications.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• A strong passion and interest in Rugby Union
• Excellent inter-personable skills
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
• Strong time management skills
• High ability to multi task and proven administration skills
• Good computer skills 
• Current drivers license 
• Experience in working with children in a coaching environment 

DISIRABLE CRITERIA:

• Tertiary qualifications in sports administration 
• Working with Valuable People Card
• Experience in working with regional sport

• Level 1 Coaching Accreditation
• Working with children check
• Drivers Licence

• Level 2 Coaching Accreditation
