The SIRU Board has decided that its three Annual Meetings will be held on Saturday 11th December at Romano’s Hotel. The AGM will be held at 11:45AM for the purpose of electing the 2022 SIRU Board.
Please be aware that you will need to check in using the Service NSW app on arrival, in accordance with the COVID-19 restrictions at that time. It is currently scheduled that all attendees will be required to be double vaccinated to attend as the meetings will be held within a hospitality venue (easing of restrictions to occur at 95% population vaccinated or 15th December).
Attached below is the Nomination Form for the SIRU Board Positions of President, Vice-President (Seniors), Vice-President (Juniors) and a maximum of 4 Board Directors.
These forms must be returned to firstname.lastname@example.org or the SIRU Office by 5PM on Friday 3rd December. Elections will be held at the AGM. Please note that nominees and the proposed and seconder must be current financial members of SIRU.
The Voting Rights are in accordance with the SIRU Constitution (attached below).
The agenda will be released in the week prior to the meetings.
